Welcome, I’m Megan Tombs
I started my adult life as a high school teacher of Japanese, and although I loved my subject, it was working with adolescents that kept my interest in teaching and brought me into the world of counselling. After supporting my own family through many changes, I retrained as a counsellor and started working with adolescents and parents. I work with clients from a person-centred, strength-based approach, using compassion, an aspiration for understanding others’ unique experiences and with knowledge of what harm can come from trauma.
